From March 4 to 6, 2025, the Association franco-yukonnaise, Collège Nordique and the Association des francophones du Nunavut are joining forces to organize a pan-territorial symposium on leadership in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
Who should attend?
This unique event is for French-speakers from the territories and elsewhere, offering an opportunity to learn about key issues related to equity, diversity and inclusion, through 9 conferences and workshops designed specifically to address northern realities.
Why attend?
From understanding the principles of EDI to the importance of being an ally to aboriginal communities, from combating racism to deconstructing gender stereotypes, each session will offer concrete tools for strengthening inclusive leadership. Participants will also explore themes such as linguistic diversity, resilience and social justice.
By focusing on the specific characteristics of northern territories, the conference will aim to provide solutions adapted to the challenges of inclusion, cultural diversity and equity, in order to equip workplaces and communities to build a more cohesive future.
