1. Choose a promising professional career

Did you know that early childhood education specialists are the most sought-after people in the NWT job market?

Our 2-year Early Childhood Education program is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the NWT Department of Education, Culture and Employment, opening the door to a promising career in daycares, preschools and kindergartens.

2. Study whenever and wherever you want

The challenges you face in balancing school, work and personal life are our top priority. That's why our courses are designed to fit your schedule. The training's 100% online access means you can study wherever and whenever you want, while also having the opportunity to take part in synchronous weekend sessions with experts in the field.

3. Save time if you already have experience

If you have experience in early childhood education and would like to have it recognized, our Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) program allows you to leverage this experience by recognizing up to 60% of your training hours. So, you can get your diploma faster.

What's more, if you live in the Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut, you can benefit from a full refund of fees at the end of the process, regardless of the results obtained, as long as you complete the process.

4. Increase your salary

With your diploma in hand, you'll be better able to negotiate your salary and take on positions requiring more responsibility.

5. Get a recognized diploma

Would you like to explore new opportunities and partake in new professional experiences? Our Early Childhood Education Diploma is recognized by several provinces and territories, including the NWT, Yukon and Ontario. Steps can be taken to have it recognized elsewhere in the country.

This diploma is offered through a partnership between Collège Nordique and Collège La Cité.
