Let’s reflect together on practices that foster inclusive learning and work environments.
The Fédération franco-ténoise and the Collège Nordique invite you to take part in a participatory workshop focused on recognizing unconscious biases and understanding different forms of racism, including those that can be subtle or systemic.
Through discussions, scenarios and role-playing activities, participants will be invited to reflect on their role in creating respectful and inclusive environments, while developing safe intervention practices.
The event will take place at Collège Nordique, in French and in English.
