Your perspective, experience and ideas will play a meaningful role in collective reflection and action. You will not simply be consulted—you will be among those helping to shape priorities and identify pathways for change.
You will help identify structural and emerging EDIA issues affecting Northern Francophone communities and contribute to building responses that reflect Northern realities and the pan-territorial context.
You will have opportunities to share knowledge, initiatives and promising practices, while learning from others. Together, we can develop or adapt practical tools for our environments (organizations, schools, services, communities, etc.).
The Community of Practice aims to support Northern Francophone organizations and communities in learning, implementing and strengthening EDIA approaches, while taking territorial, cultural and linguistic realities into account.
Beyond content, you are joining a human community—one grounded in solidarity, mutual support and authentic relationships—where we can think together, make mistakes, learn and move forward.
We are seeking individuals from Northern Francophone communities representing a diversity of sectors and lived realities, including but not limited to:
Members of the Francophone or Francophile community interested in EDIA
The composition of the Community of Practice will aim for inter-organizational, intersectoral and pan-territorial representation.
Individuals from historically marginalized groups, including Indigenous peoples, women, persons with disabilities, racialized individuals, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and sexual and gender minorities, are strongly encouraged to apply.
