This workshop is intended for early childhood educators and francophone parents across the North (NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, Canada).

Offered online by Collège Nordique, this practical and informative workshop is led by Dr. Michelle Dion, family physician and founder of Educ-Franco Santé. She brings her expertise to raising awareness and promoting health autonomy in francophone minority communities.

It will allow you to:

  • better understand the nutritional needs of children aged 2 to 5;
  • explore strategies to encourage healthy eating habits from an early age;
  • gain practical tools to support families and educational settings in promoting balanced nutrition.

You will leave with a clearer understanding of key stages related to young children’s nutrition, as well as concrete advice to support their health and development.
