Let’s reflect together on practices that foster inclusive learning and work environments.

The Fédération franco-ténoise and the Collège Nordique invite you to take part in a participatory workshop focused on recognizing unconscious biases and understanding different forms of racism, including those that can be subtle or systemic.

Through discussions, scenarios and role-playing activities, participants will be invited to reflect on their role in creating respectful and inclusive environments, while developing safe intervention practices.
